built to last MASTERMIND

Build A Gym Business That Creates Big Profits,

Gets Results & Impacts a Lot of People, while Standing the Test Of Time

2 OG gym owners that have run profitable gyms for over 40+ years combined share their powerful step-by-step playbooks, frameworks and strategies to build your gym business from the inside out; training systems, marketing/brand and sales system, operations (without the BS tactics that hurt your gym and are peddled by non gym owners)

It’s very rare we hold a live event and “open the Kimono” (which means revealing the behind the scenes of our businesses) LIVE, which is usually only available to our Built To Last Gym mentorship clients.

This mastermind is focused on our one of our core principles - Coaching First. We have a stacked line-up and content that'll get your 2026 started off on the right foot.

This event is from gym owners who are looking to have the best year in 2026 and want to learn from two gym owners who have built 3 extremely successful gyms that have been in business and very profitable for the last 20 years. These are real world principles, strategies, and tactics we use (we are still owner operators that love the coaching and gym industry, and aren’t “trying to get out”) and have taught to 100’s of successful gym owners we have helped over the last decade.

This is not for gym owners that want a “quick fix” or magical formula for ads that will blow their gym up. It's not for gym owners that don’t want to be involved in building their gym up and want to be “hands off.”

This is the compass that we have guided many other gym owners through to build their dream gym business they love, makes a lot of profit, impacts a lot of people, and helps them create the life they wanted.

Why should you listen to us?

Between myself and Andy, we have close to a combined 50 years of coaching experience, while we have owned our gyms for over 40+ years combined.

I started my gym in Ljubljana, Slovenia close to 19 years ago as the first coaching membership gym in the country. It’s still the most successful coaching gym in the country with 15 full time employees and 500+ clients.

After I moved to Seattle, my brother and the team took and I worked at big box gyms before starting a garage gym, moving 3 different times as I outgrew the previous locations. In 2017 I bought a multi-million dollar 12,000 square foot building that now houses the Vigor Ground Fitness and Performance gym, along with 6 other businesses that I lease to.Throughout my journey I have also built a prominent online education business, speak nationally and internationally, and have a real estate portfolio of investments.

Andy built BCI into an authority of youth performance, sports performance (having developed countless elite college athletes and pros) and now a thriving general population program in Huntsville, Alabama. In a 5,000 square foot gym he's built a 7-figure business with a 36% profit margin, while working less than 20 hours in the business. There's few gyms in the country that have as high of a profit per square foot as BCI.

I don’t say this to impress you, but to impress upon you, that we have built gyms that last. One's we love, that stand out, create profits and financial security for our families and teams. We are coaches and gym owners and we are proud of our "job description."

Most importantly, through this journey we have helped over 450 gym owners do the same in the last 12 years as we have been doing fitness business coaching and mentorship. We consider ourselves to be successful when our clients are successful and win; and we guide them every step of the way until they do.

We believe in the following compass when it comes to growing & guiding our gyms:

Coaching First

Unreasonable Service

Operational Excellence

Educate the Marketplace

personal Leadership

Is this for only Built To Last Gym mentorship members?

No, we are opening 10 spaces for non-members (very likely the only time we’ll be doing that in 2025).You won’t only be learning from Luka, Andy, and our special guest, but also be able to connect with other successful gym owners from all around the US (and the world!).

What if I’m a coach and I don’t have a gym yet?

Some of our most successful mentees learned from us when they were a coach before they started their own gym. We guided them every step of the way through it and helped them achieve success with a proven map, avoiding many mistakes and using proven systems to build their business. In other words, if you’re a coach that wants to start a gym in the near future, this event will be extremely powerful in helping you achieve your dream gym business.
